Tracey is the Senior Administrative Assistant at the Institute on Disability (IOD), providing support to the Director and the Associate Director, maintaining confidentiality in the communication of all sensitive information and materials within the Institute. She has experience providing exceptional customer service and operational support within a variety of industries and is driven to improve communication among peers and partners. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
