  • This is part one of a two-part article that summarizes and analyzes a recent survey of lawyers, judges and judicial clerks on the quality of legal writing in New Hampshire. Respondents reported on the number of hours spent reading other lawyer’s legal writings each week and rated their writing in terms of clarity, concision and the quality of their legal citations.
