Noele Lee is an accomplished Project Manager, Program Manager and Program Management Office (PMO) leader with close to 30 years of experience in world-class companies and consulting firms, managing multi-million dollar global programs & change initiatives. She has strong implementation skills in strategy, organizational change management, program management, M&A, organizational design, process design, training, resource management, employee development and business analysis. Noele is a strong communicator, leader, collaborator, mentor, teacher, coach and presenter.
As a Lecturer in Decision Sciences, Noele teaches both undergraduate and MBA students in courses such as Management Information Systems, Computing Essentials, Project Management and Operations Management. In her prior academic role, she created and delivered a new, hybrid undergraduate business course, Introduction to Business Analysis, at Suffolk University.
In addition to her Lecturer role at Paul College, Noele provides consulting services and training in the area of Project Management. She is also the Head of Business Affairs for a start-up media company.
Noele holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She also earned an MBA from Rensselaer with a concentration in Information Systems. Noele is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
