Kim France joined Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics in 2022, after five years as an assistant professor of business administration at a small New Hampshire college. Kim has more than 20 years of executive management experience, primarily in the public and nonprofit sectors, with emphasis in human resources and regulatory compliance.
