James Ragland is a Tennessee Certified Public Accountant. He earned an M.Acc. and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has worked in private and governmental accounting for over 29 years. He has served in several executive positions during his career. James joined UNH as a Lecturer of Accounting for the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in January of 2023.
