Liz is an alumna of the University of New Hampshire, with a B.S. in Animal Sciences. Liz began riding Arabians, and has been riding most of her life, focusing on eventing and dressage. Liz drives for pleasure and believes the horse’s education must be built from the ground up. These principles are applied in ANSC 507, Scientific Approach to Equine Discipline. Liz’s teaching principles focus on safety and utilizing form to function with the rider’s position. Most recently, Liz has been focusing on young horses, with work on the ground and under saddle. Liz is the USEA and USDF Secretary for the Equine Program, and works to expand the lecture and clinic schedule at UNH. solely dressage and eventing through the Preliminary level in recognized competition while remaining active among Area 1 competitions.
